Step 2: Sealing the Deal
While we’re progressing building consent, we’ll finalise contract pricing and prepare the formal contract for signing. This stage also helps us lock in a start date that works for everyone, so there’s a smooth lead-in to construction.
Step 3: The Build
During construction, we keep you in the loop with regular meetings and progress updates. This gives you visibility on how things are tracking, helps you stay in control of any decisions, and ensures the build stays on time and on budget.
Step 4: Compliance & Quality Assurance
We run a tight ship. Our team follows a robust QA process with in-depth checks at every stage. We make sure your home meets all compliance requirements and is finished to the high standard we’re known for, so there are no surprises when it’s time to get your Code of Compliance.
Step 5: Handover & Ongoing Support
