Tui Glen Project
Breathing life back into a leaky building is something we are very proud of doing to this property in Tui Glen Road. We took this building through its paces, ensuring no stone was left unturned so that this property was fighting fit for the next 50 + years.
Our clients “do it once & do it right” mentality aligns perfectly with our own, resulting in a reclad well done and a fully refurbished interior to the highest standard. A wonderful new family home that can now be enjoyed for years to come!
Maintaining the integrity of this bungalow’s 1890’s charm was key to the renovation. Our clients Kathrine and Hanafi approached NZ Builders with a clear vision and style of what they were hoping to achieve. We were to undertake a renovation of their bathroom/laundry, kitchen/living, master bedroom and ensuite. This project needed to be completed on a tight time frame due to settlement and their impending move home from Australia. We had 8 weeks to price/procure and complete, all in the lead up to Christmas. NZ Builders are proud of what we achieved here and our clients were over the moon with the end result.
NZ Builders had the opportunity to work on the exciting new build using an innovative, alternative method, panel system. We loved using natural products to create the beautiful cedar and weatherboard 2 storey home, wrapped with natural timber decks that look off the Hauraki Gulf.
Harcourts Cooper & Co
NZ Builders worked with our client right from the start on this refurbishment. The goal was to take a dated, dysfunctional space and turn it into something light, bright and inviting for staff to work from. All on a modest budget. Working closely with our client we managed to achieve our original objective and gain a return customer.
Mainly Dance Studio
Mainly Dance approached NZ Builders requiring a fit-out of their new space on Barry’s Point Road. The goal was to create a light, bright and inviting space for Kelly to run her dance studio out of. Together with Kelly, we think we hit the nail on the head with the bright walls and warm, inviting, engineered oak flooring, which were complimented by the polished concrete flooring in the reception. Kelly’s on-point styling finished the studio of nicely.
